Both sides ($14.99): the name on the front, plus your details on the back, such as your phone number, address or "If found, please call".
How to order
Type your pet's name in the Name box exactly as you want it engraved (spelling and capitals are copied as typed). The text is sized to fit the tag in the same script font shown in the photos.
For Both sides, type the text for the back in the Back of tag box.
